Global R&D and Manufacturing Footprint
Guangzhou, China: Bostal operates a 68,000-square-meter formulation R&D laboratory and industrialization base, supported by a China NMPA Drug Production License. Its quality management system has been audited by the China NMPA, U.S. FDA, and European Union (EU) Qualified Persons (QP).
New Jersey, U.S.: Bostal operates a 7,000-square-meter R&D laboratory and GMP manufacturing facility, holding U.S. federal and New Jersey state DEA Controlled Substances Registration. Its quality management system has successfully passed audits by the U.S. FDA and EU QP.

Bostal has developed comprehensive development and manufacturing platforms for a broad range of advanced drug delivery technologies, including, long-acting injectable microspheres formulation, long-acting implants formulation, long-acting injectable in-situ forming gel formulation, long-acting injectable lyotropic liquid crystal formulation, injectable liposome formulation, injectable nano-formulation, conventional/lyophilized injectable formulation, solubilization of poorly soluble drugs (spray drying, hot-melt extrusion, nano-milling), gastro-retentive formulation, osmotic pump extended-release formulation, controlled-release pellets formulation, enteric-coated formulation, soft capsule, dry suspension formulation, ointment (cream), tablets, and capsules.

The site located in Accelerator Science Park is nearly 6800 square meters, with facilities including new Drug Delivery System research center, Analysis Center and Solid Dosage GMP manufacturing site, etc. The site has passed the FDA cGMP inspections and NMPA On-site Verification for drug registration.

Bostal International Pharmaceutical Park has a total investment of about $40 million, with a total construction area of 68,000 square meters, including a 12-story office, R&D and QA complex building, a 6-story GMP production building and an intelligent warehouse for automation.

The New Jersey facility of Bostal in the U.S. has a total area of approximately 7,000 square meters, including a 4,800-square-meter oral solid dosage form manufacturing facility (acquired from Abbott). The site holds U.S. federal and New Jersey State DEA Controlled Substances Registration (CII–CV), as well as Drug Distributor License across major U.S. states. Multiple drug products have been successfully commercialized and supplied to major wholesalers and retail pharmacy chains throughout the United States.
